Hanbok Men
Hanbok is a traditional Korean garment. Also known as "joseonot" in North Korea, it is one of the few traditional garments in the world to have survived the ravages of time. Hanbok , which literally means " Korean clothing ," is today one of the essential elements of Korean tradition.
It is characterized by bright colors and simplicity. It is mainly worn for special occasions such as wedding. It can be worn by both men and women.
Hanbok is actually a traditional dress worn by Koreans on special occasions. It is presented as a classy and elegant costume for a man or woman to wear for the purpose of showing off.
It is an outfit made of a combination of fabrics with unique color lines. Men's hanbok can usually consist of a short jacket and long, thick pants that tie at the ankle and are called "baji".
and can be dressed with long coat "baji", However, the hanbok for men is not limited to these 3 types of clothes. We also distinguish the "Gat", the "Kkotsin" and the "Beoseon".
Gat: This is the hat that people usually wear on their head over their hanbok.
Durumagi: is a traditional coat worn for special occasions.
Baji: is the lower part of the men's hanbok. It fulfills the same role as pants, except that it is wider and is done at the ankle.
If the baji is so large, it allows its wearer to easily do the sitting position on the ground which is very commonly practiced in Korea.
Beoseon: These are socks that men wear in their hanbok, but also women. Men's beoseons are characterized by their straight seams.
The beauty of hanbok is mainly in its color and simple style of lines. For Koreans , a man's value is his own and a woman's value is chastity. Therefore, men should carefully wear a hat and cap worthy of their class while women should cover their body with a long coat that does not cut the shoulders.
It is the ideal garment to express one's principles. It reveals very few parts of the body and exudes a pure and virtuous beauty. The harmony of colors is the main element of the hanbok , we market a wide collection for men in different colors.
